THE SAINT-CASSIAN PAINTING CRUSADE
October 1–31, 2026
The gates of Saint-Cassian are open — and so is the Saint-Cassian Painting Crusade!
Throughout October, painters are invited to choose a side and paint one of two miniatures from The Siege of Saint-Cassian:
THE SQUIRE
The Consecrated Knights — Order of the Thorned Crown
THE EMACIATED
The Forsaken — Children of the Ochre King
Both miniatures are available as FREE STL files for the duration of the competition.
TWO FACTIONS — TWO PODIUMS
The Squire and the Emaciated each have their own competition and their own podium, with three prizes to win for each faction.
1ST PLACE — AK INTERACTIVE AIRBRUSH
The winner of each faction will receive an AK Interactive Fine-Art 180X 0.2 mm Airbrush.
2ND PLACE — AK INTERACTIVE PAINT SET
The second-place painter from each faction will receive an AK Interactive JoséDaVinci 3GEN Signature Set.

3RD PLACE — FACTION DICE TRAY
The third-place painter from each faction will receive an exclusive dice tray featuring the colours and emblem of their faction.
So whether you fight for the Consecrated Knights or the Forsaken, there are three prizes to win on each side!
THE GRAND PRIZE
But there can only be one ultimate winner of the Saint-Cassian Painting Crusade.
Once the winner of each faction has been determined, both winning miniatures will face each other in a final community vote.
The miniature receiving the most likes will become the overall winner of the Painting Crusade.
In addition to their first-place prize, the Grand Winner will receive the complete AK Interactive Special Box Playmarkers, valued at €88.40.

CAN I ENTER BOTH FACTIONS?
Yes!
You may enter both the Consecrated Knights competition with the Squire and the Forsaken competition with the Emaciated.
However, the same participant cannot win prizes in both faction competitions.
If both of your entries qualify for a prize, only your highest-ranking miniature will count for the final results, allowing another painter to take the available position in the other category.

Print and paint your miniature.

Take one single photograph of your finished miniature.

Make sure your entry reaches us before the end of October 31, 2026.
Only one photograph per miniature will be accepted for judging. If you participate in both faction competitions, you may therefore submit one photograph of your Squire and one photograph of your Emaciated.
NO 3D PRINTER? JOIN US AT AN EVENT!
Physical copies of the competition miniatures will also be available for €4 each at the events attended by Custom Wargame throughout October, including Festival en Jeu, Paris Wargame Expo 2 and Crisis.

Buy one of the two competition miniatures at one of these events, take a picture of yourself with the Siege of Saint-Cassian banner and share it on your social media — and we'll give you the miniature from the other faction for FREE!
